About
The A. Dean Larsen
is an educational and social experience where professional and amateur book collectors as well as book lovers gather together to immerse themselves in the world of rare books and collecting.
Because of the generous gift and ongoing support of the late A. Dean Larsen
Collectors and enthusiasts of rare books gather together annually at the L. Tom Perry Special Collections
Each year offers different and exciting workshops
The conference features panel presentations, seminars, and hands-on activities, all free to registrants. For a small fee, attendees may register for a delicious lunch
Prior exhibit catalogs, fine press keepsakes, and some essential reference works for collectors will also be available during the conference.
So if you enjoy rare books, or you enjoy collecting books, pamphlets, rare manuscripts and papers, correspondence, post cards, sports cards, photographs, autographs, and more, join us at the conference!
Or you want to personally inspect rare and unique library materials from the L. Tom Perry Special Collections, join us at the conference!
Or you want to learn more about the world of rare books and manuscripts from fellow collectors, curators, conservators and rare book dealers, join us at the conference!
There is no better place to do all this than at the annual A. Dean Larsen Book Collecting Conference held on the Brigham Young University campus in the Harold B. Lee Library.
